More than four decades ago, he laid the foundation of the group from  a textile trading business to capturing the entire Value chain in textile from backward to forward integration built on hard work, trust and enduring relationships. What began as a focused venture gradually expanded into interests across finance, real estate, hospitality and pharmaceuticals, laying the foundation for the diverse businesses that followed.

His journey reflects a belief in building steadily, nurturing relationships and creating businesses that stand the test of time. The values that shaped his early years continue to influence the family’s approach to business and growth.

His legacy is more than the businesses he helped build – it is a foundation of integrity, perseverance, relationships and the courage to embrace new opportunities.

Mr. Raahul Maroo

He leads Pinakii Group and Tatv:m ., bringing over two decades of experience across various sectors. 

An MBA, complemented by executive education from Harvard . He combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to business. He has been one of the early stage visionaries in Real Estate shaping the Mumbai skyline handling rehabilitation projects spanning more than 100 + acres in Mumbai and construction volume upwards of 20 million sq ft. Recipient of various industry awards, he has been on the forefront of the Group’s growth journey both in Hospitality & Real Estate Development.

For him, business is about creating spaces and experiences where comfort, connectivity and community come together naturally and what shapes the way people live.

His focus remains on building thoughtfully, growing sustainably and creating businesses that people can trust.

Mr. Ankit Maroo

He brings structure, financial discipline and operational thinking to the group. A Chartered Accountant with an MBA in Family Business Management from IIM Bangalore and more than a decade of experience, he oversees finance, accounts, administration, and operations.

His analytical approach helps strengthen the systems and processes that support the group’s growing businesses. He works closely across functions to maintain financial discipline, improve efficiency and ensure smooth execution.

His involvement in business operations, administration and financial management has enabled the group to run efficiently and be cost effective in all genres of business.

His focus is on creating strong systems and a stable foundation that supports sustainable growth.

Mrs. Jyothi Maroo

For her, hospitality is about more than providing a place to stay – it is about making people feel welcomed, comfortable and genuinely cared for.

MBA in Human Resource and hands-on experience in hospitality for almost a decade, she is instrumental in driving business development, commercial sales, , experiential marketing  and handling hospitality operations working closely with teams and customers to ensure that service standards remain consistent.

Her approach is simple: understand people, pay attention to the details and make every experience better.

Through her people-first leadership, she continues to strengthen the group’s focus on service, relationships and operational excellence. Which has enabled the group to spread and grow across Mumbai in various micro-markets

Mrs. Manorama Maroo

A Company Secretary by profession, she found her professional calling in marketing, branding and communication. Her journey into the family business was further shaped by a specialised Marketing Programme from S.P. Jain Institute, allowing her to combine her structured professional background with her creative interests.

Since venturing into  business, she has grown through hands-on experience and now plays a key role in shaping the group’s marketing and brand presence. She leads initiatives across digital marketing, branding, content, social media and online communication, helping the group’s businesses build a clear, consistent and recognizable identity.

She also plays an important role in bringing consistency across the group’s diverse businesses, helping individual brands develop their own identity which they are catering to and at the same time while remaining connected to the larger Pinakii Group.

Her passion lies in turning ideas into stories and businesses into brands that people can connect with. Her approach is rooted in creativity, continuous learning, strategic thinking, meaningful communication and purposeful brand building.
